This means that if your package is worth $150, you will only receive reimbursement for $100.

If your package is worth less than $100, you will receive reimbursement for the actual value of the package.

Secondly, If you fail to report the issue within the timeframe, which is 60 days, FedEx may reject your claim, so please make your report on time 

For items like cash, jewelry, and perishable goods, FedEx will not reimburse you.

However, if they are lost or damaged in transit, it’s important to consider additional insurance or alternative shipping options.

Factors to Consider For Reimbursement
