With a brand new cafe recently opening at the Telegraph Museum Porthcurno, we took a trip to Porthcurno ourselves to meet head chef Nicholas George Lewis Usher to try some of his delicious new dishes.
The Blue Haze Restaurant is situated alongside Porthleven’s historic harbour giving Chef Sat Bajway direct access to freshly caught fish and shellfish. The restaurant offers lunch, early dinner and evening menus - wherever possible local, Cornish or Organic produce is used and most of the fish is landed at Porthleven Quay.
