The Malcolm Sutcliffe Glass Gallery & Studio is a unique gallery situated in the center of the historic town of Penryn. Formally a bakers it now showcases the distinctive contemporary blown glass of Malcolm Sutcliffe and his daughter Rosie Sutcliffe, the gallery opened in 2002 and is a light sunny space perfect for displaying glass. All the glassware is made on the premises in the hot glass studio behind the gallery. Alongside the glassware on display visitors will also see jewellery, prints, paintings and cards. Glass blowing lessons are available and the studio, which is normally closed to the public, has open days when people are invited to watch the glass blowing in action. Please see the website for more details and you can also browse and buy the glassware online.
